Set-up

Not just the food. The entire set-up.

When needed, NURA is your single contact for catering, mise en place, equipment, furniture and all the logistics behind them.

Two ways of working

One contact, when you need it.

Clients can choose an essential service, or entrust NURA with far more: food, beverage, service staff, equipment, buffet, tableware, linen, furniture, mise en place and logistics.

A specialist Indian caterer within a project coordinated by others, or a full-service catering partner. The supplies list shows only part of what an event can use. It is not the limit.

On the plan

Choose how we work

NURA cooks within a set-up run by the venue or the planner's suppliers. The kitchen, tandoor, live stations and buffet are ours; everything else is theirs.

NURA brings far more than the kitchen: the bar, tables, linen, chairs, lounge, canopies and all the logistics behind them. One contact for everything.

Before and after

The same room, morning and evening.

Destination weddings happen in villas, castles and historic houses that rarely have a kitchen or a room built for the scale of the event. NURA brings the technical structure and transforms the space.

  • Mobile kitchens, refrigeration, ovens, dishwashing and the tandoor
  • Tables, linen, mise en place and lights
  • Temporary structures agreed with the venue

If your planner already has a layout, send that too and we'll start from there.
