We had a lovely Italian catering company set up for us for our wedding but being, you know, things do not go according to plan when you’re Indian and I feared not being able to be on time with them, so about three months before our wedding, we started to look for Indian catering companies. Being that we were based in California and could not do any tastings, it was very risky for us to blindly trust what we didn’t know, and let me tell you, NURA DID NOT DISSAPPOINT! Sadly, I was unable to sample all of the delicious food. But my guests were amazed at how we found such a wonderful company that catered to everyone's tastes and palates. The chef also came out and spoke with our guests and our dads LOVED him. Our wedding food continues to receive positive reviews, which makes me very happy. Thank you, NURA! The food was delicious, plentiful, and perfectly spiced. The drinks were equally delicious, everything was so fresh. The presentation of everything was more beautiful than anything we imagined as well. The service was above and beyond, our guests spoke about the staff the entire weekend after the event and how kind and lovely they were. They anticipated needs before you had them- you’d turn to look for a fork, and they’d be there with one. Nura truly wants their customers to have the best experience and it’s evident in their service and smiles. We can’t recommend them enough, we were blown away with every aspect of Nura and hope they continue to thrive as a business. Pochi giorni fa ho festeggiato il compleanno a casa con una decina di amici e, in difficoltà per le quantità, i proprietari sono stati incredibilmente gentili ad aiutarmi nel definire il giusto menù con le quantità corrette. Molti degli invitati non avevano mai mangiato un indiano così buono, e come biasimarli? I contenitori sono riciclabili e funzionali, i piatti incredibilmente buoni, le porzioni giuste, gli ingredienti di ottima qualità e il servizio super.
